Its official we are buying a house!!

We are so excited to move forward with our life together,

Breon's parents have been so kind to let us invade their basement for a year.

They are the best in-laws I could have ever asked for, they have been 

willing to help us with stuff that we need, and giving us a place to live while we

have been in the "limbo phase". 

Its been a great year but it had its rough spots and "limbo phase" was the hardest.

Breon was in the middle of jobs and I was looking for a new job and we had no money

we didn't know what direction life was going to take us.

So the house...

We had looked for about a month before we found this house. We had gone out to see a lot of 

different houses, some were really nice and then there were some that we didn't even finish walking through because they were either in such bad shape on the inside, or they just weren't what we were looking for. Looking for a house was so much fun, but I am so thankful that we only had to look for about a month and then we found the house we wanted. 

We found this house, and before we even left Breon and I looked at each other and we had the same 

thought, we want this house! 

We came back to look at it again the same week, just to make sure that we still liked it, and to give it a closer look, and that night we put a bid on it.

When we put the bid on it, they said that they would let us know on Monday if we won the bid or not.

All weekend we prayed and did everything we could to try and keep our minds off the possibility that we might not win the bid. It felt like the longest weekend ever!! It was miserable!!

Our Realtor called us on Monday and said that we didn't get it! :(  We were both so sad and disappointed, we really loved the house and wanted it so bad, but at that point there's nothing we could do expect start looking for different houses. 

The next week we get a another call from our Realtor saying that we are now the #1 bidder, the person that won it backed out!!!

"WHAT?" we won the house!!!!!! 

That was an answer to our prays!  

That week Breon got a promotion at work, and I got a new job working a dermatology office, and we WON the house!

I know that our Heavenly Father watches over us, and answers our prays. We have been so blessed and are so thankful!

The Kitchen, it came with everything, so we didn't have to buy anything for the kitchen.
Thank goodness!

We wanted a picture with a sold sign, so we made one ourselves, since no where seems to carry one.

We are moving to Syracuse in the middle of April!

So excited to have a fenced in backyard! I'm excited to be able to go sit outside and enjoy the sun!

Sorry so Long!

 Today I was out with a couple of friends eating lunch and they were very nice to tell me that I need to update my blog. I will be honest I didn't think anyone was reading it, out life is not all that exciting right now. I will try my best to keep updating the blog.

  Well Christmas was so much fun this year, Breon and I spent the Christmas eve night at my parents house and spent the morning with my family. It was so much fun to have a sleep over, even if none of us made it past 10:30 or so.. We are a bunch of old people!

MERRY CHRISTMAS! 

   After spending the morning with my family we headed up to Breon's parents for their Christmas party, The
 Howe's play a game every year, its kinda like a white elephant game, other then you know what have and you get to steal what you want from other people. It is such a fun game we look forward to it every year.

   I don't really have much to talk about, just that this month was a busy one. Breon had his last day of school this month and has GRADUATED from Weber!!! He bought himself a little(BIG) gift. I am so proud of him and all the hard work we put into finishing school.

         A couple of days after Breon turned in his last assignment we took off to Bear Lake for a week with his family. That was so much, we did some 4-wheeling and some swimming and some fun bike riding! It was a very much needed and deserved vacation! 

       Here are some pictures of the past couple of weeks, If you don't know me then let me tell you that I LOVE my camera and I am always snapping pictures! This Blog might just turn into a picture blog... :)
