Sky Diving

So, this is Breon. As it turns out it is fairly easy to hack my wife's account and get access to her blog. So I decided to post a blog of my own without her knowing. This is about our Sky Diving experience.

You can't tell my wife what she can or can't do. She will surprise everyone by how brave she is to step up to the plate of any challenge (after all, she married me). I one day got the crazy idea from Eric Schofield to jump out of a plane 20,000 feet up. As it turns out it was the best experience you could imagine.

We went up to the Ogden Airport and suited up in these great suits, loaded up in the plane and away we went. It took what seemed forever to get up to jump height, they gave us a "scenic tour" while ascending, then once we were in position the light went green and I was the first one to the door with my tandem instructor. In all honesty I was never nervous or worried or scared throughout the entire time leading up to the day and the jump. However, once we jumped out of the plane and free fell the thought went through my mind, "what did I just do, I just jumped out of a perfectly good plane." After 5 seconds of fallen we started to glide through the air. Man oh man that was the GREATEST feeling in the world!!! What made it even more special was that we jumped above the clouds as I was able to fall into a cloud and through the cloud. That was a great feeling as well, and then once you come out of the bottom of the cloud you see the ground rapidly approaching and you feel like the king of the world.

At about that point we pulled the chute open and glided down to the ground. It was probably the best rush I have ever felt in my life. If anyone ever wants to go, we are in!!!
